I just wanted to take a moment to commend, your wife Brenda and your crew of Kevin, bob and

Mike for doing such an awesome job on my bathroom. Sadly in today ‘society to find a company that

Not only does what they say they will do but who also believes in quality workmanship is a very rare

Occurrence. Not only did you do this but you raised the bar several notches for those who follow behind

You.

 

Not only am I in a wheelchair but my speech is very hard to understand. When I arrived at you store I

Met Brenda. Rather than walking away and ignoring me which many people have done she stayed and

Helped me. With her help I was able to pick the right tub for me.

 

You Lyle made two trips to my house to help me decide which installation would be best for my needs.

In the past people have told me some of the ideas I come up with are very unreasonable and unrealistic.

Not only didn’t you do this but everything I asked for you said sure. Some of which were pretty major

Changes.

 

As for the actual job you, Kevin, Bob and Mike exceeded my wildest expectations. There’s always

Things a person would change if they were to do something a second time. This is one of the rare

Occasions everything was done perfectly, I wouldn’t change a thing. You and your guys have done a fantastic job!

 

I would like to mention one last thing. For as long as I can remember my bathroom sink tap has leaked.

The tap had nothing whatsoever to do with replacing the bath tub. I hadn’t even mentioned it leaked.

When I returned home to see the new tub, much to my amazement I had a new sink tap and was told by

You Lyle the old one leaked so you replaced it. If that isn’t going beyond the call of duty then I don’t

Know what is!

We just wanted to send a brief note to say thanks!  We love our 'new' house, and have had many positive comments from friends.  During the renovations we were really impressed with how thorough you were with everything.  You were the only contractor who provided us with a very detailed contract right up front. You made living in the house tolerable too, as you made  sure it was cleaned up each night.  And the best of all you were pretty much right on time (had it not been for our hardwood switch).

Thanks for making the renovation relatively painless for us. Please pass our thanks on to all of the guys you work with as they were excellent too!

You and your crew did a fantastic job of my kitchen.  The extra room and new pantry and cupboards are spacious.  I especially like the drop-leaf at the end of my counter.  Having the cupboards go right to the ceiling utilizes previously wasted space.

You did a great job of moving the wall.  Everything looks great.

I really appreciate the speed at which you worked.  Thank you for the extra's you did.

As a result of our exposure to your Caroma dual flush toilet, which we saw at the Home Show, we have since installed 3 of these toilets.

In over 2 years we have had no problems & have also saved on water.  We are grateful to know about this product & strongly recommend its use.

My sincere thanks to you and your team for the job you did on our bathroom.  The 6' tub is (phenomally) huge - first one I fit in!  The new water heater is just great.

I have to complement you as well on the workmenship & quality, the bathroom looks like it was always meant to be that way.  Diane & I are still amazed that you were able to get a single marble sheet in across the back wall.  The job was done on time and it looks amazing.

renovations. You and your co-workers, Terry and Steven, demonstrated a

consistently high standard of craftsmanship. When there was a technical or

aesthetic decision to be made, you consulted me first and gave me a range of

options (and their cost) before proceeding.

     You and your colleagues were respectful of my home and did everything

possible to reduce the inevitable renovation chaos. This was a real challenge

because we live in a one bathroom house. I especially appreciated the fact that

you cleaned up as much as possible at the end of each day, which made family life

much easier. The final cleanup after the renovations was thorough.

A big thank you for the outstanding job you and your crew did on our bathroom! It has been working out well as far as access & use ability for Gina's invalid mother, and it looks terrific to boot! It was nice to deal with such a helpful and friendly crew who took the time to answer any questions we had and made sure all the unforeseen "glitches" that cropped up were taken care of properly.
